Board Positions
Chapter President
- The Chapter President is the chief executive officer for the Tucson Chapter and of the Board and will perform such duties as are customary for presiding officers, including making all required appointments with the approval of the Board.
Vice President, Administration
- The Vice President of Administration keeps the records of all business meetings of the Tucson Chapter and meetings of the Board, and will perform other duties as required in the Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
Vice President, Finance
- The Vice President of Finance oversees the management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the Tucson Chapter, and will perform other duties as required in the Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
Vice President, Programs
- The Vice President of Programs oversees scheduling, logistics, and coordination of all Tucson Chapter events, and will perform other duties as required in the Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
Vice President, Membership
- The Vice President of Membership oversees the maintenance of the Tucson Chapter membership data, the execution of recruitment, retention, and outreach programs, and will perform other duties as required in the Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
Vice President, Communications
- The Vice President of Communications oversees and coordinates Tucson Chapter communications, including public and member website pages, event and special announcements, and will perform other duties as required in the Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
Vice President, Corporate Inclusion
- The Vice President of Corporate Inclusion encourages and nurtures the link between the community and the Tucson Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Duties include introducing individuals and local business to PMI's existence, education of our purpose, the benefits of membership and our commitment to strengthen the communities use of Professional Project Management and analytical support.
Sierra Vista, Branch Coordinator
- The Sierra Vista Branch Coordinator oversees the scheduling, logistics, and coordination for all the Sierra Vista Branch events, and will perform other duties as required in the PMI Tucson Chapter's operating procedures.
