DISC: Manage People Better and Mitigate Issues
Before They Turn to Conflict

Presentation attendees will receive a card from the speakers giving them free access to generate their own personal DISC profile after the event.  It takes 10 minutes, and you will receive your completed profile immediately.  (This normally costs $64.95)

The DISC management instrument increases a manager’s effectiveness using personalized information to help managers:

  • Develop their management styles
  • Improve communication
  • Increase employee engagement

The DISC profile is not a test, and there's no right or wrong profile. We all have all four of the styles in us at varying degrees that can change in different environments. You can be one thing at work and another at home.

DISC is exceptional for leadership development, communications, and addressing people-related challenges that all project managers face. Sue and Tricia will give you practical ways you can use DISC immediately to improve your people skills. You will discover and begin to better understand, not only yourself, but all those interesting, challenging, sometimes frustrating behavioral styles of the people you work with every day.

This understanding will help you successfully navigate your unique culture, decisions and staff meetings at work, and see how behavior styles cascade into your home life. Join us to hear Sue and Tricia’s stories of transformation!
