This presentation will show how change management impacts projects, but also describes how the same principles help us manage change successfully in everyday life personally and professionally. Speaker Bio

Ty Chang is the new Director of Professional Development for the Tucson Chapter that started in mid-2016. He is employed by Raytheon as Integrated Project Team Lead to bridge engineering with program management to streamline changes to the organization. He has been an active PMI member and volunteer since 2013. He is an experienced engineer and project manager for 20 years in both commercial and defense industries. He is also a CAPM/PMP instructor and course organizer to the Tucson Chapter.
