Blaxioms – Project Management Lessons Learned

“Blaxioms” - What I have learned about project/program management from 50 years of learning it, doing it, and teaching it. 50 years of learning, doing, and teaching project/program management boiled down to 1 hour.  Fred will discuss lessons learned over his career, and how you can use his “Blaxioms” to improve the management of your projects.
