Topic: Project Management Maturity
Project management maturity refers to the progressive development of an enterprise-wide project management approach, methodology, strategy, and decision-making process. The evolution of project management typically lags behind development of other capabilities within a company, and it's key to understand what level your organization is at, and what its target should be.
Eric will discuss the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Kent Crawford’s model of Project Management Maturity and how they can be used to guide decision-making regarding project management implementation efforts.
Speaker : Eric Melton, PMP, PMI-PBA
