Gathering Stakeholder Feedback for Your Next Debrief

Project debriefs invite the project team to explore successes and failures and generate lessons learned; but a debrief is only as valuable as the information available. A debrief worth doing must include stakeholder feedback on topics that lead to learning. Join us for this one-hour training on gathering useful feedback. We’ll cover: identifying information needs, approaches to gathering feedback from individuals and groups, and what to do after you have feedback from your stakeholders. Move your next debrief from a so-so project review to a stellar learning experience by including the voices and perspectives of your stakeholders.
