Is currently holding the position of Project Management Director in Audits in the Comptroller of the Dominican Republic, position that complements with its director role in her consulting firm. Experience in Strategic Planning in private and public sector, business, government and Academy. Certified as Strategic Management Professional (SPM). Proven experience in design thinking techniques and tools for innovation, strategic planning and change management efforts. Scrum Master and Agile shift© credentials holder. PMO Value Ring, Certified Practitioner. Marketing, product lifecycle management, business analysis, business case and business plan formulation, tactical plans elaboration. Proven abilities managing efforts and projects in different sectors (business, technology, organizational development, human resources, mining, energy and oil). She has been training project management practices for more than 15 years. Speaker in Conferences and writer of project management articles. Marisol has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UNIBE, Specialized studies in Finance, INTEC and MBA in APEC-UQAM. UNIBE, INTEC and APEC are Dominican universities.
