Kristine Hayes Munson explores the Influence Cycle and the skills needed by project managers to get things done using influence rather than authority. Relationship building is the key to gaining the influence required for project management success.

Guest Speaker: Kristine Hayes Munson, MBA, CISM, PMP, CIA

Kristine A. Hayes Munson, MBA, PMP, CIA, CISM started volunteering in high school. She is an IT leader with a proven track record of successfully completing projects in the finance industry. She specializes in implementing high-profile, cross-discipline projects resulting in deliverables aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Kristine’s interactive presentations and courses integrate project management theory with hands-on, experiential learning. She is a a faculty member of UCI Extension Project Management c\Certificate Program’s faculty. She has also presented multiple professional association events including PMI North America Global Congress, Richmond Events CIO Southland Technology Conference, and PMI-Orange County Advanced Topic Seminars.

Kristine is also recognized as a PMI-OC fellow. A previous chapter president, she remains an active chapter volunteer supporting the PMP Preparation Workshop, Fellows Nominating Committee, New Member Orientation team, and speaking at PMI chapter events in southern California.
