Virtual: Influence Without Authority
Influence Without Authority
Kristine Hayes Munson explores the Influence Cycle and the skills needed by project managers to get things done using influence rather than authority. Relationship building is the key to gaining the influence required for project management success.
In this presentation, Kristine will show how those relationships are built using an Influence Cycle that was developed based on her personal experience as a practicing project manager.
This cycle includes the following five stages:
(4) Follow Up
(5) Give back
So please join Kristine and other project managers to see how you can influence without authority on your projects.
