Deliver Your Project like a YouTuber!

During the three years Stuart Taylor has spent creating project management videos on YouTube, he had a surprising revelation. The process of planning, prioritizing, creating, and publishing content has a lot of similarities to project management.

So Stuart started to teach YouTube creators how to apply project management skills to improve their videos. Now he is presenting how project managers can enhance their project approach and career development with skills and traits found among the most successful YouTubers.

I love to help project professionals to succeed.

I've done my best to help them over the years via roles in PMO and Assurance. I'm at my happiest when working with project teams and helping them to avoid self sabotaging behaviours, to survive in corporate environments, and to get the project delivered as well as possible.

I enjoy it so much that when I changed roles and didn't have anyone to directly train, I set up a YouTube channel (Influential PMO) and started to offer support to project professionals around the world. This has led to me being a judge for a global PMO award, being a public speaker for PMI and the Digital PM Summit, and - soon - the writer of a book on project management.
