A presentation and discussion of leadership techniques and styles that are advocated and used when initiating and conducting a Program or Project. Then we will discuss the process requirements for Managing a project for conducting the work needed to achieve the objectives and goals of an organization.


Guest Speaker: Robert W. Venci, PMP


Mr. Robert Venci is a highly organized, PMP certified (through PMI), results-driven Technical Project Manager with 12 years of experience defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI.)  in which he’s developed exceptional leadership skills, finely honed communication skills, and expertise in development and implementation programs and processes within service/consultative, mission critical, business environments encompassing capital, cash flow, human resources, and technology resources. He also has a proven track record of success in business/program analysis, strategic planning, negotiation, solution identification, and process improvement initiatives. He is an effective communicator with strong team-building skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-growth, and diverse environment.
