Project Managers - Inspiring people to shine!

Project Managers are the unsung heroes in a lot of cases. PMs are responsible for successfully implementing projects, on-time and on-budget, often without having any direct authority over the project team. To be successful, PMs have to inspire those project team members to shine! We’ll talk about how Mister Car Wash, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, became a multi-billion dollar, public company with over 450 car washes across 21 states by Inspiring People to Shine®. We’ll explore the strategic and tactical roles that project managers play at Mister, diving into the accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
