Panel Discussion: Everything You Wanted To Know About Risk Management But Were Afraid To Ask

Even the best planned project can go off the rails. Delays in delivery of parts, team members that might leave the company, weather, flu season - all of these and many more factors can affect the project timeline, scope, quality, or all three. During this event, Rick, Frank, and Kate will share their favorite ways of collecting and scoring of risks, some previous failures in risk management, and successes in risk mitigation. Bring your questions!

Panelists: Rick Belanger PMP, CPMP, LEED AP, QCxP; Frank Gonzales, PMP; Kate Wilczek, PMP, CSM
