Aligning Current Projects with Strategic Growth

Many project managers feel constrained when strategic planning seems to clash with existing commitments. In this presentation, we'll explore how to integrate ongoing and committed projects into your strategic roadmap, unlocking new potential instead of creating roadblocks.

We will also review the process PMI Tucson used to get to their strategic goals and why we chose what we did.

Learning Objectives:

Learn the relationship between project management and strategic planning.
Identify common challenges in aligning current projects with a strategic plan.
Assess the strategic value of ongoing and committed projects.
Develop strategies to incorporate current projects into a strategic plan.
Learn to communicate the benefits of strategic alignment to key stakeholders
