Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing Project Management, providing opportunities to optimize resource allocation, reduce risks and enhance efficiency. To seize these opportunities, project managers need to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to harness the power of AI effectively. In this webinar, Cornelius will lead us a step closer towards this goal: we will explore various types of AI and how these can be integrated into project management to automate tasks, optimize schedules and enhance decision-making.

We’ll discuss the critical role of data literacy in effectively using AI technologies. Through practical examples and discussion, attendees will learn how AI can help in task prioritization, schedule optimization and advanced analytics, leading to more informed decisions and efficient project outcomes. Additionally, the future trajectory of AI in project management will be addressed, highlighting the evolving capabilities from simple automation to sophisticated predictive tools.

Key takeaways will include strategies for incorporating AI tools in projects, the importance of data management and the ethical implications of AI usage.
