Virtual: Mindsets for Better, Shorter Meetings
Mindsets for Better, Shorter Meetings
So much advice about management of meetings focuses on leaders, but what about participants? This session is about how any team member can make meetings shorter, more fun, and more productive. Through exposition, illustrations, and interaction, the participants will learn how to apply these concepts to the meetings they attend. Participants will learn about common attendee behaviors, create a self-appraisal and prepare to subtly change meeting behaviors to improve the flow of any meeting.
