Importance of Change Management

 Titanium was the largest initiative in the history of Mister Car Wash, requiring contributions from every department to ensure its successful launch across more than 400 locations. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without strong project management. In this talk, I’ll explore the critical role of effective communication, disciplined processes, and cross-functional collaboration. I’ll also highlight how we were able to deliver ahead of schedule, despite multiple scope changes, by maintaining alignment and agility throughout the project.

I have the privilege of serving as the Director of Operations for the Southwest division and overseeing the Operations Services Department at HQ. With 14 years in the car wash industry, I’ve had the opportunity to lead operations in several regions and contribute to enterprise-wide change management initiatives. I’m also passionate about leadership and development, and I’ve been fortunate to help shape the Operations Leadership Program, which has supported the company's growth and scalability.
