The Role of Sustainable Knowledge in Project Management

Through this intriguing and thought-provoking presentation, you will uncover how knowledge has been lost, destroyed, and rediscovered through the ages. Discover how these cycles can influence our work and attitudes toward knowledge retention in the workplace. We'll explore strategies to make information and knowledge more sustainable, and while the topic transcends project management, we will also delve into ways project managers can handle information retention more thoughtfully.
