Join us for an exciting and insightful Power Hour Webinar Series with Katie Lux, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) deeply immersed in the Microsoft Power Platform. In this monthly series spanning 8 meetings. This is a Q&A session for things you come across or what to know about the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, and Power BI. Any extra time after your questions will be used to demo a technique, code or method in one of these fields and keep an eye out for special guests that will bring a whole lot more to the table.

With over 12 years in the biotech industry, she navigates complex projects and cross-functional team coordination effortlessly. Katie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others discover innovative ways to tackle challenges.

Rafsan Huseynov is a senior IT Program Manager and Solution Lead with over 14 years of client-facing experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, FinTech, EdTech, and IT. Rafsan has been leading enterprise-grade digital transformation projects, particularly through the use of SAP LeanIX and Microsoft Business Applications including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot and Microsoft 365.  

Inspired by PMI’s Talent Triangle, Rafsan believes that technology plays a crucial role in IT projects and promotes innovative ways of working. With tech skills and modern tools at their disposal, project managers can streamline manual processes, break silos, and drive innovation.  

Rafsan is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and holds a master’s degree in applied economics. He is certified as a PMP, PMI-ACP, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, PMI Citizen Developer Business Architect, and Power Platform Solution Architect, among other credentials.  

As a passionate advocate for citizen development, Rafsan empowers project managers to build their own technology solutions.
