Reframing Difficult Conversations

"Reframing Difficult Conversations" is a fun, playful way to seriously look at how Improvisation helps us reframe challenges, and stress in our lives. We will do zoom activities using tried and true ideas that help us destress using laughter, and learn how to redirect our neurons toward our happy chemicals so we can make better decisions, trust each other more, and cope with stress.
