With over 12 years in the biotech industry, she navigates complex projects and cross-functional team coordination effortlessly. Katie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others discover innovative ways to tackle challenges.

Matthew Castaneda has seven years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, specializing in developing and deploying solutions using Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate Flows, and Power BI. His expertise spans multiple industries, including legal services, contract management, environmental health & safety, and risk compliance. He has successfully delivered applications that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Beyond the Power Platform, Matthew also serves as a Snowflake DBA, focusing on data warehousing and integration development. He leverages SnapLogic to build robust pipelines that seamlessly stream data from ERP systems using REST API calls, complex logic, and parameterized configurations. His work ensures that data is highly available, actionable, and valuable, supporting advanced reporting and analytics initiatives.
