Applying Agile to Automation and Control Engineering Projects

Agile principles have transformed how teams manage projects across industries—but how do they translate to the highly technical world of automation and control engineering? In this session, Avadh Nagaralawala will explore practical ways Agile concepts can be applied to complex engineering environments to improve collaboration, adaptability, and overall project performance.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in mining, manufacturing, and industrial automation, Avadh will share insights from real-world projects that integrate technical precision with effective project management practices. Attendees will gain perspective on how an Agile mindset can support innovation and continuous improvement within engineering-focused organizations.
